Well who would have thought I'd ever have a Baking Hot Body, not me that's for sure ... well OK sometimes when it gets a bit warm in the summer in the kitchen that is debateable, but generally not how I would consider myself !!!

If you read the page 'about me' you will discover that I do not profess to have any formal qualifications in sugarcraft !!! So you might be asking yourself, why would I attend a class where the teacher doesn't even have any qualifications in what they do ????

Mexican Paste

Mexican Paste is ideal for using with Patchwork Cutters and most other cutters as it gives a clean sharp edge when cut.  Mexican Paste will dry strong and hard so great for making plaques, sails and most items that need to keep their shape whilst handling.

You can also mix Mexican Paste with fondant for modelling, experiment with the meduim, I always think this is the best way with anything, then you will get a better understanding of how it ha...
