Would just like to say what a fantastic day it was. My wife bought me the course for my birthday and it was one of the best presents that I have ever received. Rhu was excellent in her teaching and had the patience of a saint with all the questions I asked. It was most informative and I now feel more confident to be able to decorate my cakes to a near professional standard once I put into practice all the hints and tips Rhu has shown me . After having never split, crumb coated and covered/iced a "big" cake before (having only really experimented with cupcakes), thanks to Rhu I now feel much more confident and able to do it again, although not having the patient and expert help in the form of Rhu over my shoulder will be more of a challenge!
Thank you!! After sharing the photos of my decorated cake on my Facebook profile I've even had a request from someone at work today to make their birthday cake for their 30th birthday party later in the year! Still nervous about doing it, but wouldn't even have considered it having not been to this class!
Would highly recommend going to a class and may even try and make it out to France for a cakey "holiday" when the venture is up and running fully!

Sandra was very pleased, and so were we who were amazed at the wonderful outcome. The cake looked so beautiful, that we kept admiring it and clicking photos. Finally, we cut and shared it among ourselves and gave a big slice to our neighbours.
You have done an excellent and brilliant job, because Sandra kept praising you all through the journey back to Swindon, then for several hours before bed time and again when she was up this morning. What struck me from what she was telling me was your selfless attitude to your students, that you wanted them to learn and have the best of your experience and tried and tested hints and tips. Secondly, your attention to fine work and detail and how you had to refine what you know today from many attempts and trial and error situations.

I wanted to thank you SO much for the beautiful cake you made for Reuben's 1st Birthday. We were absolutely thrilled with it, such detail in every inch!! We had so many comments about it. You have such a talent! Thank you.

I'm sorry I've taken so long to do this, but the cake you did for my brother's early 60th birthday family celebration was amazing. It not only looked good & told a "dark secret" in his past! But tasted superb - melt in the mouth softness. I trained as a chef - but no way could I produce a cake of this quality. The beach hut is now in Zimbabwe, via France, as younger brother celebrated his birthday with his wife's family in Zimbabwe & the beach hut had to go with him!
Thank you & we will be back to you next time we need a special celebration cake.

Thank you very much for the day, it was great and really informative, can't wait to buy a few "bits and pieces" and start decorating. I feel that I have gained the confidence to cut, crumb coat and cover a cake, the decorating was easier than I expected.

I never believed i could make such a good cake, and with your help i felt so proud of what i acheived, I've even been out an bought all new tools and presses so i can continue to experiment and make many more brilliant cakes with the wonderful tips you have provided me with! Just wanted to say thank you for a brilliant day of cake decorating on Saturday, Louise and I came home all smiles and proudly showing off our cakes, we took lots of photos and left them on the side in the kitchen wondering if we would put a knife into them, I did on Sunday evening but Louise still has hers in the box. You have given me confidence with my cake decorating and I will make a cake to decorate and take it into work and see what response I get, just to make one for someone will give me a taster.
