Learn three different buttercream effects for your cupcakes, perfect the Mr Whippy, beautiful rose swirl and grass / fur effect. Along with creating some sugarpaste embellishments you will have the chance to practice your swirls with Mama Rhu's secret ingredient onto some dummy cupcakes.
You will be provided with nine boxed cupcakes to decorate with your newly aquired buttercream skills and embellishments.
